Will of Benjamin Samuel Quine of Ballagarey - 1886

 

This is the last Will and Testament of Benjamin Samuel Quine of Ballagarey in the parish of Braddan Farmer I revoke all former wills by me heretofore executed and declare this alone to be my last will I appoint my wife Jane Leonora Executrix and my brother Thomas Edmund Quine Executor hereof I give and bequeath all my personal estate to my wife absolutely I also give devise and bequeath to my said wife during her natural lifetime but subject to incumbrances All my real estate of every description over which I have any power of disposition and upon her decease I give devise and bequeath to my nephew Benjamin Samuel Quine Kelly all the real estate (if any) which I may have power to dispose of under any document executed by my parents or either of them and to be held by my said nephew his heirs and assigns And as to all the rest of my real estate I give devise and bequeath the same upon the decease of my said wife to the person who shall be my heir at law to hold to him his heirs and assigns In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 21st day of May 1886

Signed published and declared by the said Benjamin Samuel Quine as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
